1. Personal Information Collected

MATERA ("Service") collects personal information as follows for pre-registration and service operations.

No optional personal information is collected. No personal information beyond the above is collected.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Collected personal information is used exclusively for the following purposes.

  • Pre-registration notifications: We send important updates about game launch, beta tests, etc., by email.
  • Marketing information: Only when you have opted in, we provide game-related marketing content.
  • Rate limiting and abuse prevention: IP hashes are used to block abnormal request patterns.

Information is destroyed without delay once the collection purpose has been fulfilled.

3. Retention and Use Period

MATERA does not provide personal information to third parties, except as required by law or pursuant to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.

MATERA entrusts personal information processing as follows for service operations.

Only the minimum necessary personal information is provided, and security and data protection obligations are imposed by contract.

6. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects (users) may exercise the following rights against MATERA at any time.

  • Right of access: You may request to verify how your personal information is being processed.
  • Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of personal information.
  • Right to restrict processing: You may request that processing of personal information be suspended.
  • Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent to the collection and use of personal information.

How to exercise: Submit a request via email (contact@matera.gg). Requests will be processed within 10 business days. Requests by an authorized representative must include a valid power of attorney.

7. Privacy Officer

MATERA designates a Privacy Officer to oversee personal information processing and handle related complaints and remedies.
